Booked a 3 nights stay here from 13 to 15 May. Room size is ok, and is next to the Edinburgh Zoo, about 25 mins by bus from Waverly station. Room heater was not working so it felt cold throughout. Water pressure is ok.

The hotel room is large and the environment is good. The only drawback is that the mattress is a bit old. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff is very enthusiastic and professional. When we checked in on the afternoon of the 11th, the receptionist was a tall girl who upgraded our room very considerately.

The room was big enough, the shower was covered, and it was very convenient to get to Edinburgh city center and the airport by bus. A taxi to the train station was 15 pounds. The Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel was delicious and not expensive.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was everything we needed really. Apart from the slight distance (20-30ish min bus ride)from the city centre, it was clean, well-equipped and also super spacious. Super value for money!
